Quality Inspector

As a QA Inspector, you will monitor, measure, and qualify the quality of manufactured inserts and parts produced from molds. Your responsibilities include ensuring all parts conform to specifications outlined in drawings, discussing any deviations with customers or the tool assembly team before part transfer, and utilizing your knowledge of 3D and 2D drawing interpretation. Proficiency in using measuring devices and maintaining documentation is also required for this role.

Must Have

Job Responsibilities and Duties

QA inspector has to monitors, measure and qualify the quality of all types of inserts & parts which are produced from molds. This position has to assure all the inserts & parts are as per the given drawing, He has to conduct discussions with customer or Tool assembly for any deviation in parts or inserts before transfer. Inspector should have good knowledge in 3D & 2D drawing interpretation and ability to use measuring devices along with documentation .
