This position is for a permanent contract (CDI).
Your role:
Your MISSION will be to be in charge of Quality documentation aspects for Series Production products within the framework of product/process modifications, duplication of means, and transfers under the responsibility of the Aptiv Epernon site.
To do this, your DAILY LIFE will focus on the following activities:
Flow 4:
- Implement Production documentation for any new product integrating the Aptiv Epernon Plant, in collaboration with Development, Operations, and Industrialization Quality Engineers, while respecting internal and external normative requirements.
Flow 5:
- Modify / monitor the list of special characteristics, manufacturing flow chart, Process FMEA, control plans during Series Production.
- Ensure perfect correlation between all documents.
- Drastically maintain the global documentary matrix for the Aptiv Epernon Plant.
- Respond to / monitor / implement all DT (documentary work requests).
- RFMEA leader: Plan / Execute / Monitor all Reverse FMEA (inverted FMEA) for the Aptiv Epernon Plant.
- Participate in QRQC and update, if necessary, all internal documentation following customer complaints.
- Be proactive in Quality Development and Operations activities (improvement, indicators, specific monitoring, etc.).
Your profile:
- Minimum Bac+2 level in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mass production industry.
- Mastery of Products/Processes in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of ISO TS / IATF.
- Expert in Special Characteristics List / Manufacturing Flow Chart / Process FMEA / Control Plans.
- Essential English (documents in English).
- Mastery of Office Pack, especially Excel.
- Anticipation, dynamism, risk assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, precision, analytical mind, and curiosity.
