Valeo is the world leader in automotive lighting. From the latest innovations in interior and exterior lighting to advanced wiping technologies, the Valeo Light Division of the Group offers innovative visibility systems with a strong style, improving driving safety and comfort.

The Site is a Research & Development center and a production site. It brings together 1,100 employees around the design and manufacture of lighting systems (headlights, taillights, etc.).

Your missions:

• You participate in, understand, and question the monthly closing.
• You provide an analysis of monthly results to management (explain deviations from budget, N-1 month on all income statement lines and activity analysis).
• You consolidate financial performance (weekly reports) and key performance indicators (external and internal delays, internal control).
• You consolidate Back on Track actions.
• You contribute to budget processes (directives, re-invoicing, standard models, etc.).
• You evaluate and standardize management control tools.
• You perform specific ad hoc analyses.
• You propose solutions for disputes between sites, product ranges, product groups (transfer prices, R&D re-invoicing, etc.).
• You conduct on-site management control reviews.
• You ensure the deployment of standard group, division, and product group tools.

About you:

• You hold a Bac+5 or equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D or Industrial Management Control.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• You have an aptitude for IT tools and the automation of repetitive tasks.
