Job Summary
Job Description
Inwave Studio is seeking two R&D Specialists to contribute to their game development process. Responsibilities include market analysis, competitor research, user behavior analysis, data collection and analysis to inform game design, KPI measurement and analysis, collaboration with the production team on game concepts and scripts, managing game lists in a data warehouse, tracking product reviews, and providing weekly market reports to the department head. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the gaming market (both domestic and international), and excellent communication skills. Experience in game testing or marketing is a plus.
Must have:
- Market analysis & game evaluation skills
- Understanding of game genres (domestic & international)
- Data analysis & reporting
- Collaboration & communication skills
Good to have:
- 1-2 years experience
- Extensive game testing experience
- English language proficiency
- Marketing or R&D experience in related fields

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Phân tích thị trường, sản phẩm game trên thế giới, đối thủ cạnh tranh, nghiên cứu về tâm lý, nhu cầu, chân dung và hành vi của người dùng một cách có hệ thống để thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu, cung cấp cho quá trình thiết kế game.
Đo lường và phân tích các chỉ số của sản phẩm.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội sản xuất để lên ý tưởng và kịch bản cho các sản phẩm game.
Nhập list danh sách game vào kho số liệu, theo dõi đánh giá sản phẩm qua từng giai đoạn
Báo cáo hàng tuần tình hình thị trường, sản phẩm cho trưởng bộ phận.
Tiếp nhận công việc của leader, báo cáo tình hình công việc được leader giao hàng tuần
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Có khả năng phân tích thị trường, đánh giá sản phẩm game, thị hiếu người chơi.
Thấu hiểu các thể loại game trên thị trường nước ngoài và Việt Nam ( biết cách phân biệt các thể loại game)
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm 1-2 năm hoặc phải từng test sâu về game, chơi game nhiều, ưu tiên biết thêm tiếng anh là lợi thế.
Có kinh nghiệm Marketing hoặc R&D các ngành có liên quan như Game, app là một lợi thế
Giao tiếp tốt, khéo léo, linh hoạt, chịu được áp lực công việc.
