The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of the brand, helping customers find perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences. This role is crucial for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math, computer, POS principles, and cash handling skills.

Job Responsibilities :

The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay rate: $20.60/hr

Scheulue: open availability, weekdays/weekends

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
  • Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
  • Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$41,352.00 - $68,920.00
