React Native Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
The React Native Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating mobile applications based on React Native. This includes designing and maintaining common UI and business logic libraries, leading new features from planning to release, continuously improving quality and performance through performance monitoring and refactoring, and providing technical insights for product and service roadmap establishment. The engineer will also be involved in coaching, mentoring, and enhancing the code review culture for junior engineers. The role requires the engineer to have experience building a product from scratch.
Must have:
- 5+ years of practical development experience or equivalent.
- 3+ years of mobile app development experience using TypeScript and React Native.
- Deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem and experience operating customer services with component-based frameworks like React.js.
- Solid foundational knowledge in CS or equivalent.
- Experience building a product from 0 to 1 with a startup mindset.
Good to have:
- Actively intervene in situations of conflict of opinion among colleagues, with smooth communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in mentoring or actively disseminating knowledge and know-how.
- Experience in React Native native module (bridge) development.
- Native app (Android / iOS) development experience.

- 주니어 엔지니어 코칭·멘토링 및 코드 리뷰 문화 강화
Requirements
- 5년 이상의 개발 실무 경험 또는 그에 준하는 역량
- TypeScript와 React Native를 사용한 3년 이상의 모바일 앱 개발 경력
- JavaScript 생태계에 대한 깊은 이해 및 React.js 등 컴포넌트 기반 프레임워크로 대고객 서비스 운영 경험
- CS전공 혹은 이에 준하는 탄탄한 기초 지식 보유
- 스타트업 마인드셋을 바탕으로 제품을 0→1 product를 경험
Preferred Qualifications
- 동료 간 의견 대립 상황에서 적극적으로 개입하며, 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 갈등 해결 능력 보유
- 멘토링 경험이나 지식·노하우를 적극적으로 전파한 경험
- React Native 네이티브 모듈(브리지) 개발 경험
- Native 앱 (Android / iOS) 개발 경험
