As a Reception Agent, you'll create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure, providing exceptional service. You'll greet, check-in, respond to requests, settle accounts, and promote hotel facilities, always looking to personalize and enhance stays.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of multiple languages.
  • Prefer Opera PMS experience.
  • Prefer previous work experience with Accor.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
Must Have:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
  • Proudly promote hotel facilities, up-selling to enhance guest stays.
  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English.

Reception Agent

First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
