Must have:

  • Join social media groups and professional networks
  • Advertise open positions to external networks
  • Ask for referrals from current employees
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
  • Attend job fairs and organize career events
  • Keep in touch with past applicants
  • Use Boolean search for qualified candidates
  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools
  • Build scalable process to consult with clients on hiring
  • Build hiring requirements based on experience
  • Screen and interview profiles/candidates
  • Contact applicants and provide hiring status
  • Report performance on hiring for clients weekly
  • Report overall hiring performance to management
  • Participate in Client meetings and business reviews
  • Support internal Neolytix teams for cross-sell
  • Create content for RPO sub-services promotion
  • Build strategies for hiring specific US Healthcare profiles
  • Network through industry contacts and social media
  • Improve hiring process efficiency via KPIs
  • Pursue a Revenue target for RPO services

  • Advertise open positions to external networks
  • Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
  • Attend job fairs and organize career events
  • Keep in touch with past applicants
  • Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
  • Build a scalable process to learn and consult with clients on their hiring requirement
  • Build hiring requirement based on your recruitment experience and client requirements
  • Screen and interview profiles/ candidates
  • Contact applicants, be proactive in providing a hiring status to applicants and work to build a stellar reputation for hiring services
  • Report performance on hiring for clients on a weekly basis
  • Report overall hiring performance across all clients to management on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Participate in Client meetings and business reviews
  • Support internal Neolytix teams to drive cross sell for RPO in other healthcare accounts
  • Create content, promotions to help in cross selling and promoting RPO sub services from Neolytix
  • Build strategies for hiring specific profiles (US Healthcare providers like Doctors, Nurses, Lab Tech’s, Office support staff etc)
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
  • Improve hiring process and make it more efficient by measuring and reporting on key KPI’s
  • Pursue a Revenue target for RPO services

Skill Set & Experience Requirements

  • Highly Preferred - Past experience of hiring Providers for the US Healthcare Market
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to Clients and understand qualifications
  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
