What you'll do:
- Coordinate the candidate journey: You'll be the scheduling expert, arranging interviews, booking travel, and hosting onsite visits that showcase our unique studio culture.
- Deliver a stellar candidate experience: We want every candidate to feel the Bonfire magic, and you'll be the key to making that happen.
- Guide relocation adventures: For those joining us from afar, you'll be their relocation expert, ensuring a smooth transition to sunny Orange County while managing the partnership with our relocation vendor.
- Be the Talent Acquisition Lead's trusted partner: You'll support our Talent Acquisition Lead with resume reviews, job postings, and other essential tasks to bring top talent to Bonfire.
- Frontline visa support: You'll work closely with our immigration firm to navigate the visa process for international candidates.
- Be a versatile team player: You'll pitch in wherever needed, bringing your expertise and positive energy to the People Experience team and beyond.
- Grow and explore: We encourage you to bring your unique skills and interests to the table. This is a chance to make your mark and shape your role within our collaborative studio.
