About the job

Bonfire Studios is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our passionate People Experience team!

We're on a mission to craft exceptional games, and that starts with building an extraordinary team. As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the orchestrator of candidate logistics, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from first hello to final offer.

What you'll do:

    • Coordinate the candidate journey:  You'll be the scheduling expert, arranging interviews, booking travel, and hosting onsite visits that showcase our unique studio culture.
    • Deliver a stellar candidate experience:  We want every candidate to feel the Bonfire magic, and you'll be the key to making that happen.
    • Guide relocation adventures:  For those joining us from afar, you'll be their relocation expert, ensuring a smooth transition to sunny Orange County while managing the partnership with our relocation vendor.
    • Be the Talent Acquisition Lead's trusted partner: You'll support our Talent Acquisition Lead with resume reviews, job postings, and other essential tasks to bring top talent to Bonfire.
    • Frontline visa support:  You'll work closely with our immigration firm to navigate the visa process for international candidates.
    • Be a versatile team player:  You'll pitch in wherever needed, bringing your expertise and positive energy to the People Experience team and beyond.
    • Grow and explore:  We encourage you to bring your unique skills and interests to the table. This is a chance to make your mark and shape your role within our collaborative studio.

What we're looking for:

    • You believe, like we do, that great games are made by great teams who prioritize their people.
    • You have a knack for creating positive, memorable experiences for everyone who interacts with Bonfire.
    • You have prior experience in a coordination role, ideally within a people-focused team, and a keen eye for both logistical details and the bigger picture of how those details impact the overall experience.
    • You thrive in a team environment, communicating effectively with people from all walks of life and disciplines.
    • You're eager to learn, grow, and contribute in various areas of the studio. You're not afraid to dive into new challenges.
    • You value building trust and rapport with the people you work with.
    • You're as excited about creating amazing games as we are!
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $118,000. The range doesn't tell the whole story - we are always open to candidates at different stages in their careers and consider candidates' potential impact holistically, not just their years of experience or skill level. There is also more to our total comp package than salary, we offer equity to every new hire as well as a comprehensive benefits package, relocation support, and more. We will be happy to share more about our compensation opportunities when we chat with you!
