Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create the best possible candidate experience. This person will help implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, successful at running multiple priorities simultaneously and possesses a strong customer focus while proactively looking for ways to make our processes better.
Must Have
- Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews.
- Track candidate progress from initial contact through to first day of employment.
- Facilitate and oversee internal mobility transfers across the organization.
- Support recruiting projects by shortlisting candidates.
- Maintain weekly reports on open positions and pipeline status across European job openings.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in regular tasks related to data reporting, job management, internal transfers, and candidate onboarding as needed.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.
- Assist with the organisation and planning of meetings and events within the department.
- Assist recruiters with offer letters and other items, as needed.
- Become an expert in Workday -our HR and Recruiting application.
- Work with various teams internally including HR, Legal, Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 1+ year experience in a HR, Recruitment, or Operations role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
