About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Malta. This role focuses on high-volume hiring within the fast-paced iGaming industry, requiring strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across various departments.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Navigate complex organisational structures to support business needs effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Skilled in sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
