Brave group is rapidly expanding globally with diverse businesses including IP, Platform, esports, XR, DX, and Incubation. To support this growth, we are seeking additional recruitment staff. This role primarily focuses on mid-career recruitment, with opportunities to engage in other HR functions based on your skills and aspirations. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, managing candidate communications, fostering agent relationships, optimizing operations, and implementing employee retention programs like onboarding.
Must have:
  • Formulating recruitment strategies for assigned departments and analyzing results

Job Summary

Our group operates a wide range of businesses including IP business managing VTubers such as "Vspo!", "RIOT MUSIC", and "HIMEHINA", Platform business utilizing our proprietary metaverse engine "Brave Engine", esports business, XR business, DX business, and Incubation business. We are also expanding globally with bases in the US, UK, Thailand, and China. To support the continued rapid expansion of our group, we are recruiting additional recruitment staff.

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for mid-career recruitment, but also other areas managed by the Group HR Headquarters depending on skills, experience, and aspirations.

Specific duties include:

  • Formulating recruitment strategies for assigned departments and analyzing results
  • Conducting various selections (interviews and meetings)
  • Communicating with candidates
  • Building relationships with agents
  • Improving operational efficiency and various tasks
  • Implementing employee retention measures (onboarding interviews)

Required Skills

One of the following is required:

  • Over 1 year of practical experience as a mid-career recruitment specialist
  • Over 1 year of practical experience at a recruitment agency

Contract Period

Probationary period: 3 months

  • During the probationary period, you will be a contract employee.

Salary

Annual income 3.084 million yen to 4.5 million yen

Monthly salary 257,000 yen to 375,000 yen

  • Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (65,776 yen to 95,872 yen).
  • Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
  • Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Working Hours

Flextime system (Core time 13:00-17:00)
