This position involves creating and refining 3D character models, costumes, and props for virtual live and 3D LIVE events, contributing to the expansion of existing IPs like "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC". You will work under a director or lead modeler, focusing on detailed model production, texture creation, facial rigging, and setup. This role offers the chance to be involved in numerous 3D LIVE and event productions, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles in the studio department or technical development.

Our group operates in a wide range of areas, including IP businesses that manage VTubers such as "Vspo!", "RIOT MUSIC", and "HIMEHINA"; Platform businesses that utilize our proprietary metaverse engine "Brave Engine"; esports businesses that operate "CR GAMING SCHOOL" specializing in game improvement; as well as XR, DX, and Incubation businesses.

About the Studio Department

=========

The Studio Department, to which this position belongs, is responsible for all production, including models, stages, and direction, for 3D LIVE events held by our group's IP businesses such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC". Additionally, during offline events, we also handle the setup of the live streaming environment on the day.

The Studio Department is divided into teams for character modeling, stage production, technology development, and motion capture studio management/operation, but everyone works as one team to create a single event.

Furthermore, we may also undertake production work for companies with whom we have business alliances, in addition to our group's IP businesses.

With the expansion of existing IPs operated by our group and the creation of new businesses centered on IP business, we are recruiting new modelers to further improve the quality of virtual live and 3D LIVE events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating character models for each IP operated by our group, such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC", as well as updating existing characters and creating new costumes, under the direct supervision of a director or lead modeler.

Contract Period

Trial period available: 3 months

During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Annual income 3.084 million JPY to 5 million JPY

Monthly salary 257,000 JPY to 420,000 JPY

Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (65,776 JPY to 107,416 JPY).
Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
Salary will be determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
120 annual holidays
If events fall on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, attendance will be required.
In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
