Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Designer for Neo-Porte, a group company, to handle all creative production tasks related to streaming and merchandise. This role involves design production, managing design data, and overseeing brand image. You will contribute to IP and business growth by creating content that aligns with the IP's worldview. This is a small, elite team, offering significant autonomy and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Must Have

Design production (goods, illustrations, etc.)
Production of product submission data
Management of design data and produced materials
Overall management of brand image
2+ years of design experience in entertainment production
2+ years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in design data and production management
Experience in design direction

Salary

Annual income 4.2 million JPY to 6 million JPY

Monthly salary 350,000 JPY to 500,000 JPY

Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (89,404 JPY to 127,720 JPY).
Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Working Hours

Flex-time system (Core time 13:00-17:00)

Holidays

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
120 annual holidays
If events fall on Saturdays or Sundays, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will occur.
In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the end of the following month.
