Job Responsibilities
- Graphic design for logos, key visuals, streaming screens, merchandise, and promotional materials
- Websites, special sites, UI/UX design for VTuber-related content
- Creation and proposal of planning documents according to instructions
- Design of display materials for offline events
- Negotiation regarding creation of print data and production progress
- Production coordination through communication with other departments (planning, sales, etc.)
Required Skills
- Graphic design experience (2 years or more)
- Web design experience (2 years or more)
- Practical experience in commercial design production using Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Interest in entertainment content and IP
Welcome Skills
- Practical experience in video production
- Experience in e-commerce related design
- Experience as a creative professional in the entertainment industry
- Experience in creative proposal

Application Requirements

Full-time employee
Contract Period
Trial period available: 3 months
- During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
- Depending on the selection results, you may join as a contract employee.
- It is also possible to participate as a contractor if desired.
Salary
Annual income 3.3 million JPY to 4.5 million JPY
Monthly salary 275,000 JPY to 375,000 JPY
- Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (70,328 JPY to 95,872 JPY).
- Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
- Determined according to company regulations, considering experience and ability.
Working Hours
Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)
Holidays
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
- 120 annual holidays
- If events fall on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, attendance will be required.
- In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the end of the following month.
- Summer vacation

- Special leave system upon joining
- 2 days of special leave are granted upon joining.
