Task Details
- Formulate activity plans and manage schedules for Neo-Porte talents
- Create and manage contracts/invoices and explain them to talents
- Negotiate with external creators
- Negotiate, coordinate, and manage progress with external companies and creators
- Manage work progress, train, and evaluate desk team members (4 people)

- 2+ years of practical experience as a sales professional or talent manager
- Basic PC skills such as Excel, Google Sheets

Salary
Annual salary 4.2 million yen to 6 million yen
Monthly salary 350,000 yen to 500,000 yen
- Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (89,404 yen to 127,720 yen).
- Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
