Job Overview

We are looking for a producer to oversee and direct entire animation projects at the forefront of animation production.

Position Overview and Mission

At a newly established animation studio, you will lead the entire project, from animation project planning to production progress management, quality control, and budget management. Your mission is to achieve high-quality work production for VTuber content animation development and commissioned production projects.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Planning and producing animated works
• Proposing schemes and managing P&L
• Negotiating with production sites
• Staffing projects
• Negotiating animation rights
• Attending and supervising pre-production and production processes
• Adjusting various rights contacts
• Coordinating with internal departments for new business launches
• Other general animation production related tasks

Contract Period

Trial period: 3 months

• During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
• Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Monthly salary 300,000 JPY to 625,000 JPY

• Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (76,632 JPY to 159,732 JPY).
• Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
• Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Tokyo, Nakano-ku, Chuo 4-3-4 JESCO Shin-Nakano Building 2F

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Holidays

• Complete two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays)
• 120 annual holidays
• If events fall on weekends, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will occur.
• In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
