Qualcomm is seeking a Regional Sales Manager / Sr. Account Manager for the Automotive – China Region. This role involves establishing and executing go-to-market strategies, building strategic relationships with Chinese and international customers, and driving business development with ecosystem partners. The manager will also formulate regulatory engagement strategies, collaborate with global teams, and oversee operational activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, over 8 years of automotive account management experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Must have:
  • Establish and execute go-to-market strategies in China across Qualcomm’s automotive product portfolio
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with both Chinese and international tier1/OEM customers, esp. the key local automakers in the relevant region.
  • Drive business development efforts with all ecosystem partners in China to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm technologies in Automotive industry
  • Formulate strategies to engage with regulators and governments to align with China’s automotive strategies
  • Collaborate with Qualcomm’s other regional teams (e.g., Europe, North America) to serve international JVs in China and ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, including customer service and technical support.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering background
  • Over 8 years of account management experience in automotive industry
  • Frequent travel required

  • MBA or EMBA is a plus
  • Previous experience with a multi-national company in semi-conductor or Auto industry is a strong plus
