The Remote Service Engineer is responsible for providing first-line technical support, efficiently managing customer service requests, and documenting all relevant details for effective case management and follow-up. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, performing software updates, coordinating field support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating clearly with customers. This position also requires participation in training and sharing best practices.

  • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Must Have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably in a field service environment
  • Knowledge of computers and networking
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English

  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare industry and preferably in a field service environment.
  • Your skills include knowledge of computers and networking.
  • You have a four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • You’re an excellent communicator both in Bahasa Indonesia & English, a problem solver with a customer-centric mindset, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
