About the Role
We’re hiring our first-ever Reputation Manager to build and lead Eneba’s online reputation strategy and we will be expecting you to take it to the next level, creating proactive frameworks to boost positive sentiment, neutralize negative noise, and drive brand trust across critical platforms like Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play, and YouTube.
You’ll be working hands-on and creatively, using a mix of black hat, gray hat, and ethical growth tactics to shape how our brand is perceived where our users spend their time. You’ll also partner with marketing, support, SEO, and influencer teams to ensure that reputation management is deeply embedded in our user acquisition and retention efforts.
This is a build-from-scratch role with significant scale, supporting a fast-growing platform and an active community generating ongoing conversations and feedback across multiple channels. It’s your chance to lead Eneba’s voice across the internet.
About the Team
You’ll report to one of the Co-founders and CMO and work closely with:
- Customer support (for case resolution and user satisfaction)
- Marketing teams (SEO and others)
- Data & tech teams (for automation and monitoring tools)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Eneba’s reputation management strategy across Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor sentiment, flag risks, and proactively shape conversations, not just respond to them.
- Build and maintain multi-account systems, comment boosting strategies, and IP management practices to maximize our visibility and reputation.
- Partner with support teams to close the loop on user complaints, reducing negative buzz.
- Collaborate with SEO, Influencer, Paid Media, and Content teams to align messaging and optimize brand perception.
- Establish dashboards and alert systems to monitor our reputation in real time.
- Over time, build a scalable team or network to expand Eneba’s reputation footprint.
Must-have Requirements
- Proven experience using black hat / gray hat tactics for online reputation management in B2C and/or B2B settings.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play reviews, and YouTube comments.
- Strong technical knowledge of managing accounts, IP rotation, and navigating platform Terms & Conditions.
- Experience developing creative, hackish solutions to shape public perception.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Familiarity with automation and alert tools for sentiment monitoring.
