Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee multiple complex research programs simultaneously, ensuring insights drive business growth and client strategies
- Develop and apply advanced, innovative research methodologies that push the agency’s approach forward
- Evaluate and synthesize insights across projects to provide a strategic, high-level POV on business challenges and opportunities
- Refine and scale agency best practices around R&I deliverables, ensuring consistency and innovation across the team
- Identify opportunities to evolve product offerings, aligning them with emerging trends and client needs
- Proactively uncover emerging cultural patterns and social media shifts, translating them into actionable strategies for clients
- Partner with creative and strategy leadership to embed a culture-first mindset across broader agency outputs and thinking
- Guide teams to craft and deliver complex ideas, ensuring presentations are strategically compelling and audience-appropriate
- Drive the narrative for high-stakes client meetings, turning feedback and challenges into productive, actionable next steps
- Mentor the team on storytelling techniques, enabling them to communicate insights with clarity, authority, and persuasion
