Description
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and work across our key accounts – bringing with them experience in delivering in-person events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
WE ARE
A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we're proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE
- We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip and we’re great on AUX.
- Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 18 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more!
- You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it’s how we learn).
- From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
- Did we say snacks? Because we have great snacks.
YOU ARE
- A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
- Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
- A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Experiential Producer will be responsible for bringing live events and experiential projects to life, collaborating closely with the Account and Creative teams. You will draw on your existing knowledge and expertise of how to produce and execute deliverables efficiently, including budgeting, delivering timelines, booking resources, and managing complex pre- and post-production workflows.
You need to be a natural and confident communicator, friendly and approachable with attention to detail and accuracy in all communication, whether internal or external. You should have a solid understanding of all phases of event production and a willingness to get your hands dirty, from building run-of-shows to finding unique venues, sourcing props, managing vendors, or even setting up installations—you're down for whatever it takes to get the job done, on-time and on-budget.
What does the role involve?
- Project and Production Leadership:
- Lead the planning, production, and delivery of major experiential marketing projects, including live events, mobile tours, pop-ups, and digital or hybrid activations.
- Partner with creative and strategic teams to translate creative concepts into actionable and feasible production plans.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and creatively problem-solve under pressure.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage complex project budgets, ranging anywhere from $100K to multi-million dollars.
- Track costs, manage forecasts, negotiate contracts, and reconcile budgets upon project completion.
- Build out budget models and staffing plans during the pitching and RFP phases of new business development.
- Team and Vendor Management:
- Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior production staff, including producers, associate producers, and coordinators.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with a nationwide network of vendors, fabricators, and technical specialists.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and talent to maximize value for clients.
- Client Relations in Collaboration with Account Team:
- Serve as the primary production point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Lead client presentations and status meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the account team, assisting in anticipating their needs and identifying opportunities for additional growth.
- Lead all on-site production, including setup, technical rehearsals, show flow, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety, feasibility, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site services, including staffing, guest experience, and vendor management.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Demonstrated experience managing seven-figure budgets.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site event execution.
- Advanced project management skills, including expertise in creating detailed workback schedules, production timelines, and comprehensive budgets.
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience in content production, media and/or influencer events as well as events with paid talent is a plus
