Job Description

At Bally’s Interactive, the Gaming Finance Team ensures seamless, safe, secure, and responsible player experiences across 16 ventures in the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking an empathetic and analytical Responsible Gambling Analyst to champion responsible gaming, refine risk models, manage cases, and engage with at-risk players. This role involves monitoring data, evaluating programs, educating teams, and supporting regulatory reporting, all while safeguarding players and upholding brand integrity in the fast-paced world of sports betting and online gaming.

At Bally’s Interactive, our Gaming Finance Team is the powerhouse behind the action, the group that keeps the lights on, the games running, and the wheels of our operation spinning smoothly. From Responsible Gaming and Fraud to Risk, AML, KYC, and Payments, we’re the team that ensures every player experience is not just seamless, but safe, secure, and responsible.

Supporting 16 ventures across the U.S. and Canada, our 48-person crew is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for someone who’s as passionate about player protection as they are about the thrill of the game.

We’re looking for a Responsible Gambling Analyst, someone who’s empathetic, analytical, and thrives in the fast-paced world of sports betting and online gaming. You’ll be part of the team that safeguards our players, supports our brand integrity, and helps shape how we promote responsible play across North America.

##### What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to champion for Responsible Gaming across our North American brands, raising awareness and ensuring we always put our players first.
  • Partner with the Responsible Gambling Manager to build and refine risk-based profiling models and operational processes.
  • Review and manage Responsible Gaming cases, keeping detailed logs, spotting red flags, and acting with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Engage directly with at-risk players via chat, email, or phone, guiding them through sensitive situations with care and clarity.
  • Monitor data and daily reports to proactively identify potential at-risk players and ensure early intervention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our Responsible Gaming programs and help make them even better.
  • Educate and inspire our teams, ensuring Responsible Gaming remains a shared commitment across departments.
  • Support both internal and external reporting, including regulatory submissions.

##### What You Bring

  • A knack for clear, empathetic communication, especially in high-pressure or sensitive conversations.
  • Strong judgment and ability to make balanced, data-informed decisions with the player’s well-being top of mind.
  • The confidence to collaborate across teams, from product and compliance to marketing and operations.
  • Analytical thinking with a creative twist, you find elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Solid computer skills (Excel pro here!), and if you know your way around AI tools or a bit of code, even better.
  • Experience in sports betting, casino, or poker environments (a major plus).
  • A love for challenges, a curious mind, and a drive to constantly improve how we do things.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or player support.
