We are seeking a strategic powerhouse with exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, strong commercial acumen, and outstanding relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in management consulting, retail strategy, or commercial go-to-market planning, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for Retail in Canada and Latin America, focusing on development and execution of Retail value propositions including affordability, offers, and fulfillment to meet business objectives. - Analyze country-specific trends and customer behaviors to recommend promotions, commercial programs, and strategic initiatives that drive growth and engagement. - Provide actionable insights on market and business performance to Retail leadership, highlighting opportunities and key trends. - Lead the ideation and development of new business concepts, managing the process from idea generation to implementation with cross-functional teams.
