Our client, New Zealand's leading drone technology retailer, is seeking a Full-time Retail Store Associate for their Auckland location. This role involves managing the in-store retail experience, including greeting customers, guiding product selections, handling transactions, and maintaining store operations. The associate will also manage retail email inquiries and assist with calls, reporting directly to the General Manager. Must Have

  • Manage daily sales transactions and till operations
  • Recommend drones, cameras, accessories, and services
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented, and merchandised store
  • Create a warm, professional in-store experience for every customer
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and assist with calls as needed
  • Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and self-motivated approach, able to work independently
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to own the in-store retail experience. You’ll greet customers, guide them through product selections, handle transactions, manage store operations, and maintain a clean, professional environment. You'll also manage the retail email inbox, providing timely and helpful responses to enquiries.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
