Job Description

The Retail Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will oversee significant cross-functional programs related to Apple Retail's future store strategy and reinvestment globally. They will manage the entire lifecycle of key initiatives, from due diligence through completion and lessons learned. This includes leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation. They will also be responsible for status reporting, communication with leadership, and alignment across Apple. They will also identify and implement improvements to program management processes, develop strong working relationships with partners, field teams, and vendors globally.
Must have:
  • Drive delivery of key Retail programs and initiatives through the entire lifecycle.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional program teams, timeline, plan of record, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership comms, pan Apple alignment, and approvals.

The Retail Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for managing significant cross-functional programs related to Apple Retail’s future store strategy and reinvestment globally. They will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives and will serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams and Leadership across Retail and broader Apple. Key responsibilities include: - Drive delivery of key Retail programs and initiatives through the entire lifecycle, from due diligence through completion and lessons learned - Manage and lead cross-functional program teams, timeline, plan of record, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership comms, pan Apple alignment, and approvals - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement improvements to our program management processes and practices - Quickly develop strong working relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to Apple Retail customers
