We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Revenue and Accounting team. In this role, you will support billing, invoicing, and audit activities while gaining exposure to a range of accounting processes. You will review contract terms, process client invoices, maintain documentation, and handle ad-hoc accounting requests. Must have:

  • Support internal and external audits
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting requests as needed
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Candidates in the PT and CT time zones
Good to have:
  • Entry-level corporate accounting experience
  • Experience with Oracle or other large-scale ERP systems

The Opportunity

What We’re Seeking

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting
  • Entry-level corporate accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience with Oracle or other large-scale ERP systems preferred
  • Please note, we are only able to consider candidates in the PT and CT time zones due to regular deadline schedule.
