Epsilon is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to optimize sales processes, Salesforce CRM, and reporting in Technology, Digital Media, and Data. This role is crucial for providing data-driven insights, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to predictable revenue outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring data accuracy and driving revenue growth initiatives. This position offers a direct contribution to Epsilon's revenue engine, supporting sales, data, and technology approaches, and aligning with core values of client success through innovation and operational excellence.
Must have:
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner & Analyst: Provide analytical insights and support to sales leaders and executive stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making for forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation strategy.
  • Drive Process Optimization: Help define and implement Rules of Engagement, client tiering, service levels, and clarify roles and responsibilities to align business goals with action.
  • Support Revenue Operations Initiatives: Assist the team in optimizing sales processes and tools, fostering continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence by identifying and helping to resolve bottlenecks and process gaps.
  • Optimize Systems & Data Quality: Contribute to Salesforce administration and optimization, manage Epsilon-owned sales tools, and ensure meticulous data quality standards within all sales tools, assisting with audit processes, controls, and documentation.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and a shared focus on revenue growth.
  • Identify Revenue Opportunities: Through meticulous quantitative and qualitative analysis, identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers, supporting cross-functional programs based on these levers, supervising progress, and measuring impact.
Good to have:
  • Experience within the AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven marketing services industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging and clear presentations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills; ability to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis and modeling using SQL and/or programming languages (e.g. Python, R), and BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven history of contributing to process improvements or automation initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a strong interest in data science, including potential experience with AI/ML concepts or Python for data analysis
  • Adept at transforming complex sales data into actionable insights for leaders, driving informed decisions on forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation
  • Using multiple GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Vitally, Gong) to deliver strategic reporting and actionable insights for QBRs

Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is in search of a diligent Revenue Operations Lead to optimize sales processes, Salesforce CRM, and reporting in Technology, Digital Media, and Data. This individual will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights, supporting operational excellence, and contributing to predictable revenue outcomes.

This role is fundamental to enabling our sales organization to operate efficiently and optimally. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to Epsilon's revenue engine, supporting how we approach sales, data, and technology. You will assist in developing and implementing the Revenue Operations roadmap, directly contributing to Epsilon's growth goals. Your work will align with Epsilon’s core values of driving client success through data-driven innovation and operational excellence. You'll support projects involving CRM improvements, the integration of sales tools, and the development of robust reporting frameworks.

What You’ll Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner & Analyst: Provide analytical insights and support to sales leaders and executive stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making for forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation strategy. Build detailed sales reports with important data, offer insights for reviews, and analyze information from GTM systems.
  • Drive Process Optimization: Help define and implement Rules of Engagement, client tiering, service levels, and clarify roles and responsibilities to align business goals with action. Support global Sales Policy governance and identify deficiencies in policies, processes, and systems, contributing to solutions and their adoption.
  • Support Revenue Operations Initiatives: Assist the team in optimizing sales processes and tools, fostering continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence by identifying and helping to resolve bottlenecks and process gaps.
  • Optimize Systems & Data Quality: Contribute to Salesforce administration and optimization, manage Epsilon-owned sales tools, and ensure meticulous data quality standards within all sales tools, assisting with audit processes, controls, and documentation.

Who You Are

  • What You’ll Bring With You:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical role within a business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills; ability to translate data into insights & synthesize findings into narratives to influence leadership decisions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, sales processes, pipeline tracking, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to work optimally in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of CRM/system development principles is a plus.
