Must Have:
  • Lead compensation projects (focused on design and implementation of long-term and short-term participation plans, including executive compensation) and develop the compensation and benefits offering for clients.
  • Support company transactions (mergers and acquisitions) from a compensation and benefits perspective by analyzing impacts on relevant stakeholders, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
  • Actively support business development activities (including developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives for the compensation consulting department).
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and revise client deliverables, such as presentations, reports, participation plans, memorandums, etc.
  • Enhance technical know-how and personal skills through acquired experiences and internal/external training.
  • Possess in-depth expertise in the design and implementation of long-term participation plans and expertise in compensation and benefits (4+ years of experience).
  • Have experience in consulting and project management.
  • Have experience in business development and securing new mandates.
  • Be attentive to details and quality, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Be ready to take responsibility from day one.
  • Be comfortable working in German and English in a professional environment.
  • Have strong analytical and writing skills, and enjoy writing reports and presentations.
  • Be an open and curious person, and enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Be open to developing and expanding your internal and external professional network.

You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages.

Your Impact

  • You lead compensation projects (focused on the design and implementation of long-term and short-term participation plans, including executive compensation) and develop the compensation and benefits offering for our clients.
