Job Description

The professional will be responsible for the documentation and execution of controls established by compliance management, review of risk matrices, associated controls to mitigate risks, and performance measures for each objective. This role also involves preparing periodic communications and assisting functional areas in fulfilling Key Activities. Additionally, the professional will support all processes of consolidating key information for decision-making and monitoring established plans in the area.

Must Have:
  • Professional with a third-level degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Auditing, or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in control and process execution.
  • Apply QMSE guidance QMSE Framework and templates in the execution and documentation of controls for functional areas.
  • Assist functional areas with SoQM objectives in executing QMSE tests and tasks, including documenting control matrices, executing controls, monitoring findings, and reviewing performance measures.
  • Monitor, sample, and execute controls for plans established by the QMSE area, documenting them according to the firm's Framework.
  • Maintain effective communication with all functional areas involved in QMSE objectives to ensure information flow.
  • Act proactively with personnel from functional areas in requesting, monitoring, and classifying delivered information to ensure timeliness and quality in control test execution.
  • Support in the implementation of ISO standards.
  • Comply with other assigned functions related to QMSE, Risk & Compliance.

Job Description & Summary

The professional will be responsible for the documentation and execution of controls established by compliance management, review of risk matrices, associated controls to mitigate risks and the performance measures of each objective, as well as the preparation of periodic communications and accompanying functional areas in the fulfillment of Key Activities; In addition, support all processes of consolidation of key information for decision-making and monitor the plans established in the area.

Functions:

  • Apply the QMSE guidance QMSE Framework and templates in the execution and documentation of controls for functional areas that require it.
  • Assist the functional areas of the SoQM objectives in the execution of QMSE tests and tasks, which include the documentation of control matrices, execution of controls, monitoring of findings, review of performance measures (AQIs, GPS), coordinating that the areas have communications. As required by the team leader applying the PwC methodology.
  • Monitor, sample, and execute controls for the plans established by the QMSE area, as well as their documentation based on the firm's Framework.
  • Maintain an effective level of communication with all functional areas involved in the QMSE objectives in order to ensure the flow of information. And have constant communication with the QMSE coordination and review team.
  • Attend monthly global QMSE talks.
  • Act proactively with the personnel of the functional areas in the requirement, monitoring and classification of the information delivered. With the objective of guaranteeing timeliness and quality in the execution of the assigned control tests.
  • Support in the implementation of ISO standards.
  • Comply with other functions assigned within those related to QMSE, Risk & Compliance.
