Job Description

PwC is seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, Senior Associate, to join their Microsoft Dynamics team. This role involves optimizing operational efficiency for clients by analyzing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing support for business applications. The consultant will engage with business users, map processes to product, implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and support solution design, configuration, and data migration. Responsibilities include managing workshops, analyzing finance processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring project completion within budget.
Good To Have:
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 is strongly preferred.
Must Have:
  • Organize, execute, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions.
  • Conduct necessary reviews, analyze the client’s finance processes, and consult with the client and project team.
  • Provide experience in D365 modules: General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Advanced Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Invoice Capture, Project Management & Accounting, Budgeting, Management Reporter.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application.
  • Document business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for its successful completion within a stipulated budget.
  • Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
  • Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft D365 with expertise in implementing the Supply Chain modules.
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement/consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, and able to document system requirements and functional design.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team and demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Natural learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
  • Fluency in English, in addition to French.

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant, you may be involved from the stage of pre-sales to post-production support and is responsible in engaging with the business users to understand their current process, build the process to product mapping and implement best possible solution using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You will be supporting solution architect in Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, functional design documents, work with ISV team for implementation or to troubleshoot complex issues. Depending upon the size of the implementation, you might have to lead the team or at times, even work as an individual contributor.

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organize, execute, manage, and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.
  • Conduct necessary reviews, analyze the client’s finance processes, and consult with the client and project team to ensure the Provide experience in these D365 modules: General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Advanced Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Invoice Capture, Project Management & Accounting, Budgeting, Management Reporter
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Document the business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
  • Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
  • Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
  • Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.
