We are a strategic consulting team supporting the transformation of companies in strategic areas. We conduct projects for clients in various industries both in Poland and throughout the CEE region, focusing, among others, on: retail and consumer goods, the healthcare market, operational excellence in leading manufacturing enterprises and the most dynamic technology companies. We help clients make strategic decisions and support them in operational processes. Our team is part of the global Strategy& team, consisting of 3,000 strategic consultants.

As part of the Strategy& team, you will be part of project teams, working directly with the boards of dynamic companies, synthesizing various data from analyses, research, industry interviews and brainstorming sessions to build recommendations tailored to client needs on the largest strategic and transformational projects in Poland, the CEE region and globally.

Your future role:

• participation in building project recommendations for development, sales and marketing strategies, restructuring and reorganization of enterprises, transactional support projects (due diligence, PMI, VCP) and support in achieving operational excellence for our clients,
• independent execution and coordination of project modules conducted for clients from various sectors in Poland and other European countries,
• responsibility for preparing analyses, creating and verifying hypotheses and presenting work results within the entrusted scope,
• cooperation with the management staff of our clients and supporting the development of competencies of younger team members through mentoring, knowledge sharing, feedback and conducting project training,
• creating storyline and presentation flow using the Hypothesis Based Problem Solving framework,
• managing smaller project teams composed of analysts and consultants,
• real impact on the development of Strategy& in Poland, e.g. through participation in Business Development initiatives, creating sales offers, participation in events promoting Strategy&.

Apply if:

• you have 3-4 years of professional experience in implementing international strategic consulting projects in a consulting firm,
• you like solving non-trivial business problems,
• you have a higher economic or technical education (preferred fields: economics, management, finance, quantitative methods, mathematics, physics),
• you are fluent in English and Polish,
• you have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers,
• you can communicate clearly and effectively with experienced professionals at board level,
• you can manage your time and prioritize tasks.
