The team's main focus area is performing tax due diligence tasks related to various transactions. In addition, daily tasks include advising on corporate tax, local taxes, duties, innovation contributions, and other sectoral special taxes. Thanks to PwC's international network, international tax advisory, as well as tax examination and due diligence of acquisitions and transformations, are also part of the daily work.

Your tasks will include:
- Managing tax advisory tasks related to transactions, coordinating Hungarian, global, and regional projects;
- Preparing and reviewing professional materials and reports;
- Organizing and coordinating project work;
- Managing consultants, allocating tasks, and ensuring accountability;
- Direct communication with clients in Hungarian and English;
- Participating in professional consultations with authorities;
- Collaborating with PwC's related departments and other member firms.
To be successful in the selection process, you must possess the following competencies:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in corporate tax;
- Advantage if you have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position;
- Experience in M&A projects;
- Complex project management experience;
- Confident communication in Hungarian and English, both verbally and in writing;
- University/college degree;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving skills, proactive, and attention to detail.
