Job Summary
As a SailPoint Developer, you will design, implement, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components using Java, Beanshell, and XML. Key responsibilities include developing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning policies, as well as configuring Access Request, JML lifecycle, RBAC, and policy enforcement. You will also be responsible for automation using Python/PowerShell scripting and SailPoint REST APIs, integrating IIQ with various systems, and ensuring governance and compliance. The role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.
Must Have
- Design and implement SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, connectors, certification campaigns, and provisioning policies.
- Customize IdentityIQ components using Java, Beanshell, and XML.
- Configure Access Request, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy enforcement.
- Develop scripts using Python or PowerShell for bulk provisioning, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for automation and integration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for IIQ deployments.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory/Azure AD, HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors), ServiceNow, and databases.
- Configure SOD policies, access reviews, and ensure audit readiness.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, JSON.
- Proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs and automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of IAM Concepts: RBAC, JML lifecycle, provisioning, reconciliation, certifications.
Good to Have
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
- Knowledge of Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or other IAM platforms.
- SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer) or equivalent.
