Employment Contract Period: Indefinite-term employment contract (full-time employee)
Probation Period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during probation: same as full employment)
Work Location: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Aeon Mall Takaoka store), or other stores as indicated.
(Scope of change) Sales and other duties as determined by the company at headquarters.
Working Hours: Monthly shift system (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)
Holidays: 2 days off per week
Overtime Details: Prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime to ensure work-life balance.
Annual Salary: 2,224,800 JPY (annual salary system) ~
