As a Sales Advisor at Rituals, you will be the face of our brand, engaging customers from the moment they enter the boutique. You will join a team where every interaction is an opportunity to spread joy and beauty, creating unforgettable experiences. Your responsibilities will include advising on products, sharing the brand's story and philosophy, ensuring the cleanliness and order of the store, and managing cash operations and warehouse inventory.
Must have:
- Advise on products and tell the story of our brand and philosophy
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the store
- Handle cash operations and warehouse management
- One to two years of experience in the retail sector
- Diploma
- Essential commercial English level
Good to have:
- Preferable experience in the cosmetic and/or beauty sector
