Job Description

The Sr. Analyst will use advanced data analytics tools to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and develop interactive dashboards and reports. This role involves performing deep-dive analyses to evaluate business trends, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement across operations, products, and customer experiences. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, design solutions, and embed analytics into key business processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making. They will also lead the creation of automated reporting pipelines, provide scenario modeling, and drive data storytelling for various audiences.
Must have:
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics tools.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements.
  • Embed analytics into key business processes for data-driven decisions.
  • Lead automated reporting pipeline creation.
  • Provide scenario modeling and "what-if" analysis.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Research and adapt emerging analytics tools and techniques.
  • Mentor junior analysts and guide teams on data best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating dashboards/reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in fast-paced consumer focused/customer service industry.
  • Experience working with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, R, or Python.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Job Details

Mission:

  • Use advanced data analytics tools to analyze large datasets from data warehouse & various platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and tools that streamline access to key business metrics and insights for stakeholders.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to evaluate business trends, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for improvement across operations, products, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, identify data gaps, and design solutions that address strategic business goals.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into key business processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead the creation of automated reporting pipelines that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide scenario modeling or “what-if” analysis to evaluate the potential impact of business decisions or changes in strategy.
  • Drive data storytelling by translating complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Research and adapt emerging analytics tools, techniques, and features to continually improve the efficiency and impact of analytic outputs.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert in analytics, mentoring junior analysts and guiding teams on best practices for data usage and interpretation.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of best practices in the presentation and delivery of data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Experience of creating and maintaining dashboards/reports for senior stakeholders, empowering data-driven decision making
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced consumer focused/customer service industry.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent written communication.
  • Good knowledge of reporting software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and at least 1 data transformation language (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills, with the ability to be proactive, draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • An interest in data visualisation techniques
  • Knowledge/Experience of using APIs would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Interest in video games/entertainment industry a huge plus.
