Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team, supporting the EMEA regions. In this role, you’ll identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads, and drive interest in our Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions. You must be fluent in English and at least two of the following languages: either Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish, French, or another EMEA language. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the EMEA regions, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Acting as the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll identify needs, spark interest in our solutions, and help drive pipeline growth. This role requires fluency in multiple languages as you will be engaging directly with stakeholders across multiple EMEA regions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Continuously improve outreach techniques and messaging to resonate with regional audiences

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluent in English and two other EMEA languages (both written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
