Job Description

Fi is a new-age money management app simplifying financial life by offering savings, payments, investments, and borrowing in one place. It allows expense tracking and analysis across Fi and other bank accounts, access to credit cards, instant loans, and wealth growth options. The company seeks a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to grow its customer base. The SDR will be the primary contact for prospects, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role offers career progression opportunities into sales, account management, or growth roles. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM data, collaborating with sales and marketing, tracking metrics, and staying informed about products and market trends.
Must have:
  • 1-3 years in inside sales or outbound lead generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High ownership, curiosity, and resilience
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

We’re looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our customer base. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team with clear career progression into sales, account management, or growth roles.

What You'll Do:
-Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
-Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
-Maintain and update lead and opportunity data in the CRM
-Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and messaging
-Track key metrics and report on lead conversion, outreach quality, and pipeline development
-Stay informed about the product, market trends, and competition

What We're Looking For:
-1–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or outbound lead generation role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High level of ownership, curiosity, and resilience
-Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

This is a work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
