Snyk is a leader in secure AI software development, empowering millions of developers to build securely as AI transforms software creation. The company's AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates into development and security workflows to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities from code to cloud. This Sales Development Representative role is crucial for driving pipeline and revenue growth in EMEA, connecting organizations with Snyk's platform. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the London office, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. It's an opportunity to gain exposure to global sales strategy, work with cutting-edge technology, and receive mentorship for a tech sales career.
Must have:
  • Outbound prospecting into DACH, Benelux, Nordic regions.
  • Craft tailored outreach using tools like Cognism, Storylane.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Leverage AI tools and intent data for outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and security.
  • Grit, organization, and a proactive attitude.
  • Confidence on the phone.
Good to have:
  • Experience in EMEA, DACH, Benelux, or Nordics.
  • Speaking German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting frameworks like MEDDPIC.
  • Experience with modern prospecting or AI tools.
  • Ability to craft compelling cold emails.

Why this role?

As a Sales Development Representative at Snyk, you’ll be on the front lines of driving pipeline and revenue growth across a diverse range of markets in EMEA. You’ll play a critical role in connecting forward-thinking organisations with Snyk’s developer-first security platform — especially as AI transforms how software is built and secured.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our London office – offering the best of both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that values growth, creativity, and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to global sales strategy, work with cutting-edge technology, and be supported by experienced mentors as you build the foundations for a successful career in tech sales.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own outbound prospecting into accounts across the DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions.
  • Craft tailored outreach that speaks to each market’s unique needs, using tools like Cognism, Storylane, SalesLoft, Zoom, Salesforce, Gemini, and LinkedIn Navigator to maximise  personalisation and efficiency.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges, align Snyk’s value, and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and local field teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools, intent data, and a basic understanding of the security landscape to prioritise outreach and increase pipeline performance.
  • Support local sales events, webinars, and meetups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, qualification notes, and engagement tracking.

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills – you build rapport easily and enjoy solving problems for others.
  • A passion for technology and security, with a strong desire to grow in tech sales.
  • Grit, organisation, and a positive, proactive attitude in everything you do.
  • Confidence on the phone – you see calling as a powerful way to connect with prospects and drive conversations.
  • Social acumen and enthusiasm for meeting people — whether face-to-face at events or building relationships virtually.

 

I’d Be Awesome If You Also… 

  • Have experience working across EMEA, especially in DACH, Benelux, or the Nordics, and speak German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
  • Are familiar with outbound prospecting frameworks like MEDDPIC.
  • Have worked with modern prospecting or AI tools for research and outreach.
  • Can craft cold emails that get replies and run intro calls that leave people wanting more.
  • Bring a mix of grit, humour, and team spirit -  because sales is better when we win and have fun together.
