Job Description

TensorWave is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to enhance the performance of its growing sales team. This role involves supporting onboarding, developing sales training content, maintaining resources, and ensuring sellers have necessary tools. It's a cross-functional position focused on creating order, solving problems, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders in a fast-moving AI compute startup environment.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, developer tools, or technical infrastructure sales.
  • Exposure to sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC).
Must Have:
  • Execute 30-60-90 day onboarding programs for Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain sales resources like pitch decks and battlecards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring sales training sessions and learning programs.
  • Maintain internal enablement hub (Confluence) for documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for aligned messaging.
  • Identify content gaps and create new enablement assets.
  • Support rollout of new sales motions, processes, and tools.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards for sales performance.
  • Support adoption of sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Slack).
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency across CRM and GTM tools.
  • Work with RevOps to identify trends in seller behavior.
  • 1-3 years experience in sales enablement, operations, or go-to-market support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset and strong attention to detail.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Associate to help our growing sales team operate at peak performance. You’ll support onboarding, develop sales training content, maintain key resources, and ensure that our sellers have everything they need to win.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who loves creating order out of chaos, solving problems, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders. Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Training

  • Own and execute 30-60-90 day onboarding programs for Account Executives
  • Develop and maintain sales resources: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, ICP profiles
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring sales training sessions, certifications, and learning programs
  • Maintain our internal enablement hub (Confluence) to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible

Sales Enablement Content & Strategy

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging and materials are aligned
  • Identify content gaps and create new enablement assets to improve sales performance
  • Support the rollout of new sales motions, processes, and tools
  • Help reinforce best practices through certifications and knowledge checks

Tooling & Performance Insights

  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track rep onboarding, ramp, and performance
  • Support adoption of sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Slack
  • Ensure data hygiene and consistency across CRM and GTM tools
  • Work with RevOps to identify trends in seller behavior and campaign outcomes

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A knack for simplifying complex information and creating clear, useful content
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with documentation or collaboration tools like Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset and strong attention to detail

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, developer tools, or technical infrastructure sales
