Job Description

The Sales Manager Assistant - Apprenticeship will support the Sales team in their daily tasks, including client meetings and strategy development to increase revenue. They will identify new business opportunities, prospect clients, and manage campaigns through Salesforce. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. The company is focused on driving value with every media dollar by leveraging predictive AI technology to connect quality media, beautiful brand creative, and context-driven addressability and measurement.
Must have:
  • Support sales team in their day-to-day work.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect clients.
  • Energetic, willing to learn, and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Bilingual French required.
Good to have:
  • English a plus

What You Will Do ? 

  • Support the Sales team in their day-to-day work including in client meetings, brief response and strategy to drive more revenues 
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect clients
  • Emailing
  • Supports the Sales team in the operational management of campaigns: monitoring campaign launches and progress using Salesforce

What will you bring to the team?

  • Business School students with a major in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications are encouraged to apply
  • Energetic, willing to learn, and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual French required, English a plus
