Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
Be familiar with the workflow of overseas exhibitions.
Possess experience in major account sales, be goal-oriented, and work in coordination with the direct manager to accomplish the overall project execution.
Proactively conduct business expansion for existing projects and development of new projects, as well as their execution.
Collect and organize customer information, and provide excellent customer service.
Establish a high-quality exhibitor database, properly maintain customer data, and ensure effective statistical management.
Understand industry conditions, market trends, major customer resources, and their distribution.
Communicate and coordinate with external partners of each project to discuss project requirements.
Work Experience: Have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in exhibitions or the medical industry.
Communication Skills: Possess fluent English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and be able to clearly articulate project value to win customer trust.
Goal-Oriented: Have self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, be able to meet sales targets under pressure, and be adaptable to domestic and international travel.
Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities, and be able to understand customer needs and provide targeted solutions.
