Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a gateway as the main product and payment providers to clients based on their needs. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining a partner portfolio, updating the on-boarding process, and managing CRM, Jira, Confluence boards, and tickets. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a related role, possess strong sales, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and have a high level of English proficiency. The role offers a full-time remote work opportunity with flexible working hours. SOFTSWISS is an international company and an iGaming software expert.
Must have:
  • 1+ years experience in sales or related role
  • Advanced English proficiency required
  • Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in creating client relationships
Good to have:
  • Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Gateway
  • Experience working in PSP
  • Experience in account management or BizDev
  • Experience with high-risk verticals
  • Knowledge of popular payment methods

Overview:

А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform

Key responsibilities:

  • Sell a gateway as a main product
  • Sell additionally payments providers to the clients according to his needs (markets and legal setups)
  • Create and maintain the Partners portfolio – Finteqhub
  • Update and maintain the on-boarding process and communicate directly with boarding team
  • Check and update CRM, Jira, Confluence board and tickets

Requirements:

  • Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Strong sales, communication, negotiation and analytical skills 
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Fintech/Payments/Gateway 
  • Experience of working in PSP
  • Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev 
  • Experience in high-risk verticals such as forex, gambling, crypto, and other regulated industries is required 
  • Experience and knowledge about popular payment methods for different markets
  • Experience in Banking sphere
