PSP Integrations Manager – Middle

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking an experienced PSP Integrations Manager. This role involves guiding Gateway integrations with various Payment System Providers (PSPs), conducting business analysis, API testing, and gathering requirements during the early stages of integration. The Payment Gateway (FinteqHub) is a fintech software and payment management system designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions globally.

Must Have

• Build technical requirements and specifications for API integrations
• Test payment APIs
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with Payment System Providers
• Solid knowledge about API integrations and ability to read API documentations
• Solid grasp of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.
• Proficient with Postman including scripts, tests, and so on (or analogs)
• Advanced usage of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Basic programming knowledge - ability to build a simple HTTP client (any language), create an API signature script
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering results
• English Proficiency - Upper Intermediate or higher

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with payment systems providers (cascading, 3DS, etc)
• Prior experience in API integrations (business analysis, QA, technical support, etc)
• Familiarity with ELK stack or similar logging/monitoring tools

The Payment Gateway is part of our growing fintech software and payment management system. The team works on providing clients with a payment platform designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions worldwide.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a person who will guide our Gateway integrations with different PSPs, conducting business analysis, API tests and requirements gathering on earlier stages of integration.
