Job Title: Sales Manager, Brazil (TCG)
Job Summary: Identifies, develops and manages strategic relationships with partners and potential retailers in Brazil, it requires proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English

What you’ll do
- Qualify, onboard and manage multiple reseller and retail accounts in the designated territory, building relationships at both working and senior management levels
- Maintain pricing and availability databases for the region and distribute to customers and distributors timely
- Proactively work with customers and internal parties to maximize product availability and purchase order fill rate, including channel inventory management
- Collaborate to create a quarterly retail marketing plans for the assigned accounts and ensure timely execution and reporting
- Create and keep a forecast for the assigned accounts, to ensure requested production and product availability match the partners’ needs.
- Regularly communicate with (and travel as necessary to) the assigned accounts to ensure partners satisfaction as well as identification of new opportunities
- Analyze current market trends within designated territories and offer strategic suggestions for increased TCG exposure and to secure executive support for recommended course of action
- Drive contract negotiations with distribution partners as necessary; work with the department director and Legal to achieve prompt deal execution
- Collaborate with other internal functions such Organized Play, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Logistics, across our organization to meet all client needs
- Research, prepare, and present strategic plans and other reports for executive approval and subsequent rollout
- Contribute to the formation of the annual departmental budget and Annual Plan
- Contribute to development of sales collateral materials (presentations, sales sheets, giveaways, etc.)
- Provide key information on customer requirements and timelines as well as information on competitor status to the rest of the business.
What you’ll bring
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related professional experience.
- Tri-lingual: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, English speaking and writing abilities at a near-native level is required.
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
- Experience managing big retail accounts, and resellers/distributors preferable in the entertainment or toy industry
- Experience managing and optimizing inventory and product pricing
- Experience managing in-store activations and activities
- Proven listening skills necessary to elicit and internalize customer feedback, needs, and motivations.
- Advanced communication skills; clearly and concisely communicate complex issues and technologies
Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between MXN 728,000.00 - MXN 864,500.00. The full range is MXN 728,000.00 - MXN 1,092,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
