The analyst will leverage AI-driven insights and tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and drive data-driven decision-making. The position requires researching emerging technologies and best practices to keep sales systems optimized and aligned with business needs.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations
  • Experience optimizing sales processes

Barracuda Networks, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Processes and Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced Revenue Operations team. In this mission-critical role, you will lead efforts to optimize sales effectiveness, streamline operations, and implement scalable process improvements across the sales ecosystem. This is a cross-functional position where you'll collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Revenue Ops, Enterprise Data Platform, Finance, and Business Systems.
 
As a key contributor, you will help shape and execute Barracuda’s Sales Operations AI strategy, driving innovation through intelligent automation and emerging technologies. Your work will directly influence how sales insights are translated into action, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement across the organization.
 
 
What you’ll be working
  • Provides day-to-day support for sales tools and contributes to the enhancements of core platforms such as Salesforce to improve team efficiency and performance
  • Collaborates with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, document and refine workflows, participate in UAT activities, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and system data to identify inefficiencies, highlight automation opportunities, and deliver insights that guide platform improvements.
  • Partners with Sales Enablement to shape and communicate insights tied to new systems, Salesforce enhancements, and the adoption of AI tools.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and Microsoft Copilot to identify friction points in sales operations and help design intelligent, scalable processes.
  • Researches and evaluates emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure sales systems remain modern, optimized, and aligned with evolving business needs
  • Contributes to the strategic application of AI within Sales Operations to drive innovation and improve decision-making.  
What you bring to the role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, with a track record of analyzing and optimizing sales processes—including CRM workflows, quote-to-cash systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma certification, particularly for candidates with a background in leading or supporting structured process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools to enhance sales productivity, streamline operations, and deliver data-driven insights. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions such as forecasting, lead scoring, and sales intelligence is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into compelling visual stories that support informed decision-making.
  • Experience with sales enablement and intelligence platforms such as Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Effective and collaborative communicator with experience in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining composure and effective under pressure.
  • Adaptable, intellectually curious, and motivated by a fast-paced, dynamic environment— actively seeks out emerging technologies and industry best practices.
