Job Description

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service, integrating sales and service by providing Trek's signature hospitality and recommending products. You will manage service intake, coordinate with technicians, organize orders, handle warranties, and keep customers informed. Additionally, you'll prepare bikes for delivery and support the sales floor, contributing to the store's success through energetic, empathetic, and efficient service and sales connections.
Must have:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers entering the store for service.
  • Manage service intake.
  • Integrate sales and service experience by delivering Trek’s signature hospitality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer journey through thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Work closely with service technicians to coordinate workflow.
  • Ensure service orders are organized.
  • Manage warranties.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Play a key role in preparing bikes for delivery.
  • Support the sales floor with ready-to-ride products.

What you’ll do

As a Sales and Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers entering the store for service. By being the primary person responsible for managing service intake, you’ll integrate the sales and service experience by delivering Trek’s signature hospitality and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey through thoughtful product recommendations.

You’ll work closely with the service technicians to coordinate workflow, ensure service orders are organized, manage warranties and keep customers informed throughout the process. You’ll also play a key role in preparing bikes for delivery and supporting the sales floor with ready-to-ride products.
