As a Sales and Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers entering the store for service. By being the primary person responsible for managing service intake, you’ll integrate the sales and service experience by delivering Trek’s signature hospitality and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey through thoughtful product recommendations.
You’ll work closely with the service technicians to coordinate workflow, ensure service orders are organized, manage warranties and keep customers informed throughout the process. You’ll also play a key role in preparing bikes for delivery and supporting the sales floor with ready-to-ride products.
