Job Description

This person is responsible for building financial and commercial proposals, closing orders to finalize deals.
Must have:
  • Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities.
  • Receives orders, performing actions from pre-sales to closing.
  • Responsible for summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts.
  • Manages the entire sales process, including change requests and partners.
  • Manages sales teams and ensures necessary interaction with countries.
  • Supports the definition of the commercial strategy for a project or client.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing problems and complaints.
  • Collects information regarding risks, opportunities, marketing, and sales.
  • Monitors the entire Bid process from Gate 1 preparation to proposal delivery.
  • Holds periodic meetings with Bid/project/account manager/quality teams.
  • Able to successfully negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Completed Higher Education.
  • Experience in customer relationship.
  • Advanced English.

Summary

This person is responsible for building financial and commercial proposals, closing orders to finalize deals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities;
  • Receives orders (sales function), performing actions ranging from pre-sales, in cooperation with KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams, to the final stages for closing the sale;
  • Responsible for summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts;
  • Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio. Manages the entire sales process, including change requests and partners;
  • Management of sales teams and ensuring necessary interaction with countries, particularly through opportunity pipeline analysis, Sitcom meetings, and Business Forums;
  • Supports the definition of the commercial strategy for a project or, more broadly, the sales approach for a specific client, working together with the KAM or CD;
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in cooperation with the KAM, through appropriate initiatives, addressing problems and complaints on a case-by-case basis;
  • Collects information regarding risks and opportunities, marketing and sales to share within the Unit (including Bid/project teams), developing an understanding of the clients' environment;
  • Monitors the entire Bid process, from Gate 1 preparation to proposal delivery to the client;
  • Holds periodic meetings with Bid/project/account manager/quality teams to ensure the quality and deadline of the proposal (meeting client expectations);
  • Able to successfully negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales according to expectations.

Qualifications

  • Completed Higher Education.
  • Experience in customer relationship.
  • Advanced English.
