Job Description

This role involves delivering clinical consultancy and education focused on Consumables and Sensors, particularly in Cardiology and Respiratory. The consultant will manage clinical workflows for ECG, NIBP, SPO2, and etCO2, drive product adoption for new and existing customers, and provide clinical service support. Key responsibilities include serving as a clinical application expert, assisting Account Managers with sales presentations and product demonstrations, and ensuring optimal customer workflow and product adoption.
Must have:
  • Lead and manage the clinical workflow of ECG, NIBP, SPO2, and etCO2.
  • Develop and deliver clinical education and consultancy services.
  • Drive the adoption of ECG, SPO2, NIBP, and etCO2 products.
  • Provide clinical service support to address requests and issues.
  • Serve as the knowledge expert on clinical application of products.
  • Support Account Managers with clinical decision support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%+, including over nights.
  • Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.

Job Details

Sales Support, Clinical Adoption Consultant

You will deliver clinical consultancy services and education in this field of Consumables and Sensors with a focus on Cardiology and Respiratory. You will play a vital role in ensuring optimal customer workflow and driving the adoption of our products.

Your role:

  • Drive Clinical Workflow: Lead and manage the clinical workflow of ECG, NIBP, SPO2, and etCO2, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Clinical Education: Develop and deliver clinical education and consultancy services tailored to the specific needs of our customers, with a strong focus on the Cardiology and Respiratory consumables.
  • Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of ECG, SPO2, NIBP, and etCO2 products for both new and existing customers, emphasizing their value proposition and clinical performance.
  • Clinical Support: Receive, register, and provide clinical service support to address requests and issues from various channels, ensuring solutions are in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as the knowledge expert on the clinical application of our products, solutions, and services. Support Account Managers with clinical decision support, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting. Experience in Cardiology and Respiratory, highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities including exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%+, including over nights.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $ $144,00 - $158,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
